Registration and getting started
Click the “Sign up” button on our website and a window opens where you enter your details. You will then receive an email; once you confirm it, your registration is complete and you get a personal address.
In your personal account, click “Register a parcel” and fill in the details (origin country, shipping method, tracking number, contents, value). After you confirm, the parcel will appear in the “Expected” section.
Shipping and delivery times
Ground: 35–40 days, air: 15–18 days, sea: 75–90 days. Shipments leave every Friday. Times may change due to seasonal workload or circumstances beyond our control.
Our China warehouse accepts cargo from 1 g, so you can ship even a grain of rice. There are no weight or value limits; for non-standard cargo just contact us for a free consultation.
Our main warehouses are in Foshan, Shenzhen and Ningbo, but we accept cargo from absolutely every city in China, depending on the cargo type, weight and shipping method.
See the full list, by shipping method, in the “Prohibited items” section. Some items are prohibited everywhere (weapons, drugs, explosives, tobacco, food), and some cannot go by air but can go by ground (aerosols, perfume, standalone batteries, magnets). Items prohibited for air are automatically sent by ground.
Prices and customs duty
a) For parcels over 30 kg: the AMD equivalent of 2 euros for each extra kilogram. b) For parcels worth more than 200 euros: 15% of the amount above that. c) If both apply, the higher amount is used. Commercial goods require a commercial declaration.
China to Armenia: air 600 AMD/100 g (15–18 days), ground business 500 AMD/100 g (35–40 days), land 250 AMD/100 g (35–40 days), sea 100 AMD/100 g with a 500 g minimum (75–90 days). Calculate the exact cost of your cargo in the “Shipping calculator” section.
Volumetric weight is based on the cargo dimensions: length × width × height (cm). For air, land and sea shipping, the result is divided by 6000. For ground shipping, one cubic metre equals 70 kg. You pay by the greater of the actual and volumetric weight. It is calculated when the cargo is received at our warehouse in Armenia; you can see an estimate in the “Shipping calculator” section.
Services
We handle the entire logistics chain from China to Armenia — from the Chinese supplier to customs clearance in Armenia and door-to-door delivery. The chain includes: finding a supplier, approving the product, purchasing, delivery to our China warehouse, storage, inspection, repacking, paperwork, shipping, customs clearance and final delivery to the customer. You can use the full chain or individual services.
We can find a reliable supplier in China based on the quality and quantity requirements of the product you need. Once the supplier is found and the product approved, we help with payment and purchasing.
If you cannot pay on Chinese websites yourself, we will find the product and buy it for you — straight from the factory, at the best price. The service fee is 5–10% of the invoice value. Send a request from the “Buy for me” section with the product description, quantity and, optionally, a link and photos.
For large shipments, fill in the “Wholesale request” form with the country, shipping method, cargo description, weight and dimensions. You can optionally add the HS code and delivery terms (Incoterm). We will calculate the best shipping price and contact you.
China is an economic giant, and you can buy absolutely anything that is not prohibited by Armenian law. We provide air, ground, rail, sea and multimodal shipping, so we can carry any dangerous or non-dangerous cargo. We ship clothing, shoes, tableware, accessories, children's goods, electronics and home appliances, equipment and machine tools, building materials, cosmetics, furniture, cars and mopeds, medical equipment, auto parts, tools and more.
LCargo is the only company in Armenia that specializes in the full supply chain of cargo from China to Armenia and is licensed by the RA Ministry of High-Tech Industry. We handle purchases from China end to end — no “no”s.
If something goes wrong
If cargo is lost, we compensate 100% of the declared value. For damaged parcels — according to company rules. For direct sea or ground shipments — by the insurance company.
Contact us right away through the “Online support” section and send photos of the damaged item and its packaging. The sooner you tell us, the easier it is to resolve. The compensation procedure is described in the question above.
