General provisions
1.1
These general terms and conditions set out and govern the legal relations related to the courier services provided by L Cargo LLC (hereinafter, the Company).
1.2
By using the service, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
1.3
By registering on the website, the Customer agrees to receive informational and promotional notifications from the Company by email or phone.
1.4
The Company may unilaterally change these terms without prior notice. In that case the Company publishes the updated terms on the website, stating the date of the latest change.

Customer registration
2.1
How to become a customer. An individual or a company becomes a customer of the Company from the moment it:
a)registers on the Company website and creates a personal account, or
b)uses the Company services, agreeing to these terms.
2.2
By ticking the relevant box during registration (“confirm”, “accept” or an equivalent action), and by actually using the services, the person confirms that they have fully read and accept these terms and agree to the rights and obligations they set out.
2.3
The parties communicate by email, phone or through the website. The Customer must provide accurate and valid contact details. Messages sent by the Company to those details are deemed duly delivered.
2.4
Account suspension. The Company may temporarily suspend or block the Customer account if:
•the Customer breaches these terms,
•has provided inaccurate or false information,
•there are security or legal risks.
2.5
The Customer may at any time request the closure (deletion) of their account by submitting a request to the Company. Closing the account does not release the Customer from obligations assumed before that moment.

Services provided
3.1
The Company provides the following services both within Armenia and abroad:
•Courier delivery: from an address or warehouse — to an address or warehouse
•Delivery of goods bought from online stores

Cargo acceptance and addressing
4.1
To use the shipping service for orders from China, the Customer must send their cargo to our overseas warehouse address.
4.2
The cargo must show the following sender and recipient details:
A)Name (full name of an individual or the name of a company)
B)Street, building, house or apartment number
C)Locality (city, region, village)
D)Phone or mobile number
E)Country (for international orders)
4.3
If the details we provided are missing or incorrect on the cargo, the Company is not liable for failing to accept, late identification of, or non-delivery of the cargo.
4.4
Cargo is considered accepted when our warehouse staff receive, identify and enter the parcels into the system.
4.5
Cargo is accepted within 1–2 business days after it actually arrives at the warehouse.
4.6
Once the cargo is scanned, the website will show the tracking number, the acceptance date, the net weight and the shipping cost.
4.7
Packaging is the Customer's responsibility. The Company may inspect the contents of a shipment to rule out prohibited items. Cargo with unsuitable packaging may not be shipped or may be returned to the supplier. At the Customer's request or when necessary, the Company can provide paid packaging.
4.8
The Company is not liable for a shipment damaged as a result of incorrect or insufficient packaging by the Customer.
4.9
Before the cargo arrives in Armenia, the Customer must declare on the website the value of the shipment (invoice value) and the other details required for customs clearance. The Customer bears the consequences of providing incomplete or false information about the shipment.

Prohibited cargo
5.1
The Company is not obliged to carry cargo prohibited by the country where the warehouse is located or by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
5.2
The Company may refuse delivery at any time if the contents of the shipment are prohibited by law or by third-party rules.
5.3
If prohibited cargo arrives at the warehouse, the Customer bears full responsibility for its return, destruction or storage. When prohibited cargo is found, the Company notifies the Customer immediately.
5.4
Under no circumstances do we ship weapons, ammunition, precious metals, foreign currency, dangerous or explosive substances, plants, animals, medicines, tobacco, meat or dairy products, or goods prohibited by Armenian law.

Shipping arrangements
6.1
The Customer must register in the system and agree to these general terms.
6.2
After the cargo is accepted at the warehouse, the Company arranges its shipment to Armenia.
6.3
Shipping from the overseas warehouse to Armenia takes 25–30 calendar days.
6.4
Shipping times are approximate and may change due to seasonal workload, closed roads or circumstances beyond the Company control (force majeure). The Company notifies the Customer of any delay by email.
6.5
Compensation for delays is provided only for delays caused by the Company, when the Customer has submitted data and documents supporting the claim.
7
Pickup location and procedure
7.1
Once the cargo arrives in Armenia, the Company informs the Customer of the pickup procedure and deadline by email or phone.
7.2
The Customer can receive their cargo in one of the following ways:
•Pickup point: Company office, 86 Tigran Mets Ave, Yerevan
•Postal delivery: to the address provided by the Customer
7.3
For more than 3 orders, delivery to the Customer address within Yerevan is available for 500 AMD. For 1–2 orders, the Customer picks them up at the pickup point or receives them by post.
7.4
To collect from the pickup point, you need to book at least 1 business day in advance. Shipments not collected by the end of the week are returned to the warehouse.
7.5
The shipment is handed to the recipient or a person they authorize, on presentation of an ID document and against signature.
7.6
The Customer must collect the cargo within 180 days of its arrival in Armenia; otherwise it is considered abandoned.
7.7
The Customer must collect cargo shipped to Armenia. If they refuse, the Customer must pay the full cost of the shipment arrangements within one week.
8
Service price and payment
8.1
The courier service rate is based on the greater of the actual and volumetric weight of the shipment.
8.2
The shipping cost is 5,000 AMD per kg. For cargo over 50 kg it is 4,500 AMD/kg.
8.3
The rate for bulky cargo is 350,000 AMD per 1 m³. Volumetric weight = length (m) × width (m) × height (m) / 350,000.
8.4
The Company may change its rates. A change takes effect within 30 calendar days of public notice.

Insurance and liability
9.1
The Company insures every shipment from the moment it is accepted at the Company warehouse.
9.2
If cargo is lost, the Company will compensate the invoice value stated by the Customer plus the shipping costs.
9.3
For external damage, the Company compensates if the shipment was packed in a wooden crate and became unusable because of the damage. If the crate is undamaged but the cargo is damaged, the Company is not liable.
9.4
The Company is not liable for hidden defects of the cargo, or for external damage if the packaging was not damaged during shipping.
10
Claims, complaints and compensation
10.1
If the services are not properly performed, the Customer may submit a written request or complaint to the Company, including a claim for compensation of damage caused.
10.2
The complaint must be signed, state the applicant personal details and the nature of the claim, and include supporting documents. The Company will review it and reply in writing.
10.3
A complaint about non-delivery, damage or loss of cargo may be submitted within 30 calendar days of the handover date or of the end of the handover period.
10.4
Compensation is paid by the Company. If the shipment is found after payment, it is handed to the recipient, who must return the compensation paid.
10.5
If the recipient refuses both the shipment and the return of the compensation, the shipment becomes the property of the Company.
